Terms and Conditions.

APPLICABLE TO PLAYERS OF AJAX ACADEMY UAE AND THEIR PARENTS/ GUARDIANS

1. AJAX ACADEMY UAE

AJAX Academy UAE is a comprehensive sports educational program aimed at promoting football excellence through nurturing youth football talents, providing world-class coaching and training services, and serving as an advanced scouting platform for football university programs, professional football academies and professional football clubs.

2. REGISTRATION

Registration shall be completed once the following steps have been submitted:
1. Completed registration form including the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Payment of a registration fee of 450 AED (including kit box).
3. Payment for the relevant term/season.
Admission will be subject to the availability of a place at the requested training location. The enrollment of a player will be only considered as confirmed upon a written confirmation sent to the parents/guardians. The siblings discount of 10% will be applied for the second child and for the third. This discount should be applied for further children only when all siblings are registered at the same time.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The registration fee of 450 AED and the payment of the term is not refundable under any cancellation circumstances. That means that in case the player has enrolled for a full term/season but cancels during the first term, the player will be charged the full term fee.

A refund will be applicable only in the case of a serious medical condition that prohibits that player from participating for more than 6 weeks to the training and which condition has been established by providing a medical certificate.
A bank charge of 3% will be deducted for approved refunds if payments were made by credit card.
Confirmed registration can be canceled and the total of the payments will be refunded using the original mode of payment when notice is provided to Ajax Academy UAE on info@ajaxacademyuae.com at a minimum of 14 days before the start of the relevant term.

4. GENERAL

Ajax Academy UAE reserves the right to place players in the correct age category or in an alternate age category based on the skills level as determined by the Academy coaches as well as canceling a course, changing the term schedule or location for a necessary reason. If the wish of change of location is mentioned, we will do our best to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee that there will be availability.

No makeup sessions will be offered for missed classes and all classes will be conducted in English.

Ajax Academy training sessions are done in closed sessions reserved for the players, their parents/guardians and identified friends and family members. Any video recording or photography during the training session is strictly prohibited. Neither you nor the participant shall disclose or use any aspect of our course for commercial purposes.

If your child has any symptoms of a cold, flu or fever, has a cough, temperature, breathing difficulty, respiratory disease or immunodeficiency, please do not bring them to the session for their safety.

5. LIABILITY

Parents and players agree to maintain and exercise courtesy at all times while on Academy’s premises and while interacting with the Academy Staff and other parents and students. Ajax Academy UAE reserves the right to restrain the access and remove any player who behaves improperly or abusively towards him/herself or other persons, has been involved in a fraudulent activity or otherwise interferes with the normal running of the academy.

6. DATA PROTECTION. PRIVACY POLICY

All information players provide will stay confidential and will be shared only on a “need-to- know” basis.
Ajax Academy reserves the right to contact the player to demand a proof of their true age by supplying a photocopy of their official identity card or an equivalent document. In the event that the player does not provide the requested documentation, AJAX can refuse to provide the Academy services to the Player.

7. SECURITY

The parents/guardians need to make sure that the player is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities and will not hold Ajax Academy UAE or AJAX, its officers, agents, employees, responsible for any damage, loss of property, injury and any other harm occurring to the player or caused by the player in the course of such Academy Activities. I authorize Ajax Academy UAE to transport and to obtain any emergency medical care that may become reasonably necessary for the player in the course of such Academy Activities.

8. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ajax Academy UAE and AJAX reserve the right to modify or add to these Terms and Conditions.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by UAE law.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the UAE.
Ajax Academy UAE and AJAX reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who undertakes any kind of act that could be considered an infringement of the present terms and conditions.
