The AJAX Academy Dubai is available to boys and girls, ages 5 to 15.
Our players will be coached by AJAX Coaches, straight from Amsterdam, who have been trained in the AJAX Philosophy.

Only4Stars has helped Ajax open up its first international private academies in the world. Founded in 2015, Only4Stars International Sports & Entertainment Corporation is a global sports management firm, headquartered in Athens, Greece, that provides the highest level of services across all aspects of the football industry.
Only4Stars is a continuation of All Star Consultancy Ltd and has over 25 years of experience of working with elite football players, coaches and clubs across the entire world. Our company has three divisions: Talent Representation, Match Agency and Club Partnerships.
A Strong Relationship with AJAX
Since our inception, investing in and promoting youth football to create the next generation of footballers has been, and continues to be, at the core of Only4Stars’ philosophy. Our partnership with AFC Ajax began when All Star Consultancy secured the exclusive rights to build the Ajax brand in Southern Europe and created Ajax Hellas to educate and develop young footballers and coaches “the Ajax way” across 12 camps in Greece and Cyprus. The project produced over 20 professional Greek footballers, 8 of which travelled to Amsterdam for trials with AFC Ajax.
Today, Only4Stars’ relationship with Ajax remains as strong as ever as we recently established a partnership between Ajax and Sharjah FC in the United Arab Emirates, focused on youth development and coaching. We continue to source, negotiate and implement partnerships for AFC Ajax across the world.
