What is the mission of Ajax Academy Dubai?

Our mission is to empower young athletes through the philosophy of Ajax which leads to the pursuit of self-improvement and the genuine desire to motivate players and improve kids’ lives.

Who are the coaches?

All our coaches are UEFA certified coaches with a huge football background. They were all trained and sent by Ajax Amsterdam to guarantee the success of this mission. They also are First AID and Health Camp; Safety certified.

What is the coach/player ratio?

We want to provide the kids with a lot of attention. That’s why we decided to keep the groups small and have limited slots only per location.

• U7: 8 slots

• U9: 10 slots

• U11: 12 slots

• U13: 2x 12 slots

• U15: 16 slots

Will my child(ren) be evaluated?

Based on the child’s performance during the sessions at the end of each term our coaches are evaluating all students who are above 9 years old and sharing the results on our parent portal.

Can I book a trial class?

What payment options are available?

Payments can be made in cash at the Ajax Academy office, online payment gateway, checks, credit card, or online bank transfer. All payments must be done in full prior to the sessions.

Are there any make-up sessions?

Yes, all participants are eligible to attend make-up classes during the same term, however, no sessions will be transferred to the next term.

What if my child gets injured during the term?

Ajax Academy Dubai will offer make up sessions to those who missed classes due to illness or injury. A doctor’s note or certificate must be provided in order to redeem any missed sessions for the next term.

Why do I need to fill out a registration form?

The one thing we don’t compromise on is the safety and security of our students. Hence, we would like to request you to fill the registration form, to make sure that the information we have in our system is updated and we are able to contact you in case of any promotions or schedule changes.

It is term 3, why do I need to pay the registration fee for only one term?

I do understand that you are new to us and the registration fee will only cover one term and Summer Camp this year. Please be kindly informed that the registration fee is used to provide important notifications and changes on your child sessions through SMS, emails and other methods of contact throughout the terms.

We have a personal matter, we are leaving the country. Why can’t we get refunded?

Mr/Mrs..., as per our policy mentioned on the invoice, we do not credit any refunds. I do understand that due to personal matters you have decided to leave the country. Maybe you have friends or relatives who could take over the remaining sessions you paid for.
I would like to inform you that we need to follow a protocol that is subject for approval of the management regarding the refund requests. Please provide us with a copy of the ticket for you and your family, I forward the same to the management and revert back with the status of your request.

We are working parents, do you have any transportation?

As you are aware, the UAE is very strict on business rules and regulations. Once we are completely sure that we are familiar with the requirements and functioning of transportation set up, we will certainly launch our pick up and drop off.

What is the policy for a refund if my child is sick or does not enjoy football anymore?

All our students are allowed to do a make-up class for any of the sessions that they have missed. These classes can be scheduled at your convenience at any of our locations. You would need to pre-book this session by calling the office representatives, so they can maintain the child attendance and update the coach’s attendance list for safety and security reasons.

We regret to hear this, however as per the company policy, we do not provide a refund of fees. The best way we can assist you is by transferring the remaining classes to someone else. If you know of any relative or friend that may be interested in learning football, kindly advise us and we will transfer the remaining classes to the new individual.

I already paid the registration fee last term and your website says it’s paid annually and is good for 3 terms.

Be kindly informed that our annual year is made up of 3 terms similar to the school year. Since we facilitate new enrollment in each term, the registration fee is good for that particular term and the terms to follow in that academic year only. So, to avail optimum benefit it’s best to enroll at the start of Term 1.

I don’t want your uniform. I can buy one from different brands with better quality and it’s going to cost me less. Why do I need to buy a uniform? Your uniform is expensive, the quality is not worth AED?

Our uniform is specifically designed for academy training. Football is a team sport and we want to instill the values of the game in every student we teach. The purpose of each child wearing the same uniform is to make them feel that they are part of the Ajax Academy family and this is their team.

Why do I need to pay the registration fee, I’ve been in Ajax Academy Dubai for a long time?

We thank you and value your continued support of us. The registration fee is a miscellaneous fee which we use to send our important notifications, offers, and discounts through SMS and email to our customers for the whole academic year, which is
valid for 3 terms, summer camp and winter camp.
